His name is Sam Crowley. He founded Every Day is Saturday, a company dedicated to helping people just like him turn their "Mondays" into "Saturdays."

A few years ago, though, like so many of us, Sam would come home from his grueling 9-to-5, each day exhausted from all of the drama and "mind-numbing" work. He’d usually arrive just before his daughter went to bed. And each night, as he tucked her in, she would ask him "Daddy, is tomorrow Saturday?" It broke his heart.
